What happens when my 250 minutes run out?

They are a once-off allocation, so once they are used everything is billed at R0.97 a minute, with true per-second billing: a typical 20-second interaction costs approximately 32 cents. You get an alert at 80% and again at 100%, so it is never a surprise. If you consistently need more, we build a bigger pool for you.

Does it work with my existing phone number?

Yes. Any Telkom, Vodacom, MTN, Cell C or Rain number. Set up call forwarding, which takes about thirty seconds, or connect your existing PBX over SIP. You keep your provider and your number.

Can it speak with a South African accent?

Yes. It understands SA English, Afrikaans, isiZulu and isiXhosa names, Sesotho, Setswana and local place names. You choose the voice.

Is it always available?

Yes. It runs in the cloud and is always on: day and night, weekends and public holidays, whatever is happening at your office. Your customers always get an answer.

Is it POPIA compliant?

Calls and transcripts are encrypted in transit and at rest, with retention controls you set and a Data Processing Agreement available on request. It announces itself as an AI assistant where required.
